Audi India has reduced the prices of its luxury cars following the recent GST cut on automobiles. After the introduction of GST 2.0, the company has made its vehicles ₹2.60 lakh to ₹7.80 lakh cheaper depending on the model. This price drop comes as the overall tax on passenger cars in India has been lowered. The move is expected to boost sales and attract more buyers during the festive season. The new GST rates and revised Audi prices will come into effect from 22nd September, though customers can book their preferred models in advance.
Audi has lowered the base ex-showroom price of its Q3 SUV to ₹43.07 lakh from the earlier ₹46.14 lakh. The Audi A4 now starts at ₹46.2 lakh (ex-showroom), down from ₹48.89 lakh prior to the GST 2.0 update. Meanwhile, the Audi Q7’s starting price has been reduced to ₹86.14 lakh (ex-showroom) from ₹92.29 lakh.
The Audi Q5 now has a starting ex-showroom price of ₹63.75 lakh, down from ₹68.30 lakh previously. Similarly, the Audi A6 begins at ₹63.74 lakh (ex-showroom), reduced from ₹67.38 lakh. The Audi Q8’s base price has also dropped to ₹1.10 crore (ex-showroom) from ₹1.18 crore. Buyers can check the exact pricing for their chosen model and variant at dealerships or on Audi’s official website.
