Lamborghini has revealed its new limited-edition Fenomeno supercar at Monterey Car Week 2025. The Italian carmaker says the Fenomeno has the strongest V12 engine it has ever made. This model continues Lamborghini’s line of exclusive supercars, following the Reventon, with later models including the Sesto Elemento (2010), Veneno (2013), Centenario (2016), Sian (2019), and Countach (2021). The name "Fenomeno" pays tribute to a well-known bull that fought in Morelia, Mexico, in 2002, following Lamborghini’s tradition of naming cars after famous bulls. Only 30 units of the Fenomeno will be made, with 29 reserved for customers.
The Fenomeno is powered by a 6.5-litre naturally aspirated V12 engine, also used in the Lamborghini Revuelto, paired with an eight-speed dual-clutch gearbox. Lamborghini says this is the strongest V12 engine they have ever made. The car produces a total of 1,065 horsepower, with 823 hp from the V12 engine and an additional 242 hp from three electric motors.
The Fenomeno is the quickest Lamborghini to date because of its potent engine, which can go from 0 to 100 km/h in 2.4 seconds and from 0 to 200 km/h in 6.7 seconds. Its top speed is an impressive 350 km/h, making it a true track and road performance machine.
The car’s design takes inspiration from aviation and has a monocoque built completely from advanced carbon fibre. The front structure uses a forged composite, a special material made from short carbon fibres in resin. The Fenomeno comes with a CCM-R Plus carbon-ceramic brake system for superior braking. Its single-nut forged wheels enhance manoeuvrability, and specially made Bridgestone track tyres provide excellent grip. A sport-tuned suspension provides high precision and stability, making the Fenomeno extremely capable during high-speed driving.
