New Delhi. Mahindra is going to launch its new SUV XUV 7XO today i.e. on January 5. This model is considered to be the facelift version of the company's popular XUV700. Even before the launch, the company had created the atmosphere through a teaser video. Recently, XUV 7XO was also seen parked without cover at a dealership, which made a lot clear about its design and features.
Mahindra has made clear changes in the exterior look of XUV 7XO. The front has new LED daytime running lights, projector headlamps and a new grille with vertical chrome slats. At the rear, a full-width connected taillight is available, which has an inverted L shaped design. Apart from this, new dual-tone alloy wheels, changed bumpers and some new color options also make this SUV more fresh and modern.
Talking about the interior, for the first time in XUV 7XO, a triple-screen dashboard will be seen in a Mahindra car with petrol-diesel engine. Along with this, panoramic sunroof, triple-tone dashboard and new center console has been provided. The upholstery of the seats, door trims and the brown-tan colored steering wheel give a more premium feel to the cabin.
In terms of features, XUV 7XO has become more advanced than before. Instead of 360 degree camera, it will now get 540 degree camera system. Apart from this, dual-zone automatic climate control, ventilated front seats, wireless phone charging and 16-speaker Harman Kardon sound system are also included.
Mahindra has started pre-booking of XUV 7XO. Interested customers can book it by paying Rs 21,000. However, the prices of different variants will be revealed during the launch today. Overall, the new XUV 7XO looks to be a step ahead of the XUV700 in terms of design, technology and features. Now everyone's eyes are on its price and the response it gets in the market.
