Shots Fired Outside Kapil Sharma's Amritsar Home, Says Report; Police Deny

Amritsar: A case of alleged firing outside the Amritsar home of popular comedian and actor Kapil Sharma has come to light. As per reports, some unidentified bike-borne miscreants opened fire outside the house on Monday. According to sources, Kapil Sharma's family was inside the house at the time of the incident, while Kapil Sharma is reportedly in Mumbai for a shooting.

Where did the incident happen?

According to sources, the incident occurred outside Kapil Sharma's home in the Holy City area of  Amritsar. Fortunately, no injuries were reported. However, police officials have denied these reports.

What did the police say?

Amritsar police has denied reports of firing at Kapil Sharma’s residence, calling them rumours. However police presence has been seen outside the actor’s house.

Taking to X, Commissionerate Police Amritsar also said that, "Some irresponsible persons are spreading rumours regarding an alleged firing incident outside the house of Kapil Sharma in Amritsar."
