Veteran director S. S. Rajamouli released the first poster of his upcoming film project on Thursday. In this poster, Mahesh Babu, playing the lead role, can be seen in his character “Rudhra,” sitting on the back of a huge bull. The title of this film has also been officially declared as Varanasi.
Rajamouli has chosen big stars for this film. It is shown in the poster that famous Bollywood and Telugu cinema actress Priyanka Chopra Jonas will be seen as “Mandakini,” while Prithviraj Sukumaran will be seen in the role of villain “Kumbha.” This kind of star cast has further increased the excitement and expectations towards the film.
The first poster and motion poster of the film were launched with much fanfare at an event called “GlobeTrotter” held in Hyderabad.
