New Delhi: A moment from AP Dhillon's live performance in Mumbai has taken the internet by storm, not for the music, but for the reaction of a celebrity in the crowd.
Videos circulating online show Bollywood actress Tara Sutaria stepping onstage during Dhillon's concert to join him on the hit number 'Thodi Si Daaru'. The singer greeted her with a hug and a quick kiss on the cheek before they danced together as the crowd cheered.
The clip quickly shifted focus from the stage to the audience. In several of the viral videos, Tara's boyfriend, actor Veer Pahariya, can be seen watching from the crowd. Many viewers interpreted his facial expressions as awkward or uncomfortable as the onstage interaction played out.
Netizens wasted no time turning that moment into memes. Posts comparing Pahariya's reaction to scenes from popular films and animated shows began circulating widely, with some users poking fun at his visible discomfort, while others defended him, saying the moment was all in good fun.
A section of users took the clip at face value and joked about Veer’s expression, suggesting he looked uneasy as Tara shared the spotlight with Dhillon. Others pointed out that watching quietly doesn't necessarily mean unhappiness and that live concerts naturally have spontaneous moments that aren’t reflective of personal feelings.
Tara and Veer made their relationship public earlier this year. Veer, who made his Bollywood debut in the 2025 film 'Sky Force', has been seen at several events with Tara since. The duo were later spotted leaving the concert together, with Tara telling reporters she had a great time.
