International News: In a span of just one day, the BLA launched back-to-back attacks targeting security forces in Noshki, Kalat, Mastung, and Quetta. These strikes included the use of improvised explosive devices (IEDs), grenades, and automatic weapons. Each assault was executed with military-like precision, leaving the Pakistani Army scrambling to respond. While Eid is generally a time of peace and prayer, these attacks have cast a long shadow over the celebrations.

According to initial reports, at least 12 soldiers were killed in these operations, along with one official linked to Pakistan’s intelligence services. The BLA has publicly claimed responsibility for the attacks, stating that it targeted "occupational forces." The group also released alleged footage and operational details via its propaganda channels, further confirming its role in the bloodshed.

BLA’s Growing Capabilities Raise Alarm

What has alarmed both military and political circles is the sophistication of the attacks. Multiple sites were struck within hours of each other, suggesting coordination and logistical depth. Experts believe the BLA has grown more agile in both planning and execution, pointing to deeper support networks either within or outside Pakistan. The timing of the attacks, coinciding with Eid festivities, appears symbolic. Analysts say that by striking during a religious celebration, the BLA intends to both demoralize the forces and gain attention for its cause. It also comes at a time when Pakistan is grappling with political instability and economic crisis, further stretching its internal security apparatus.

Government Response and Military Alert

The Pakistani military has confirmed the casualties and declared a state of high alert across Balochistan. Security has been tightened in urban areas, and aerial surveillance has been intensified. Officials have vowed to retaliate, but there is growing concern over how deeply rooted the insurgency has become, especially in restive provinces like Balochistan.
