Ceasefire May Be in Place, but Israel Won’t Back Off—Mossad Spies Still on Mission Against Iran

Although a ceasefire has been declared between Iran and Israel, the situation is far from returning to normal. This is because, following the covert operations conducted against Iran, Israel’s intelligence agency Mossad has, for the first time, openly acknowledged its role. On Wednesday, Mossad chief David Barnea released a segment of a video message to his agents, in which he referred to Mossad’s “unimaginable success” against Iran.

In the video, Barnea told his agents, “We were there, just as we were before, and we will be there in the future as well.” This statement is being interpreted as a direct and open warning to Iran. He added that everything Mossad had done against Iran was the result of months and years of preparation. “We understood the gravity of the moment and waited for the right time,” he said.

Hundreds of Mossad Agents Active Inside Iran—A Major Revelation

The most shocking disclosure was that during the operation, hundreds of Mossad agents were active within Iran. The agency claimed it had carried out targeted killings of Iranian military commanders and nuclear scientists and had also destroyed drone and missile facilities.

Rare Footage from Secret Operations Released

On Friday, Mossad released three rare videos related to the planning and execution of bombing raids in Iran. These footages show glimpses of operations targeting ballistic missile bases and air defence systems. Although the agents’ faces are obscured, the release of such videos is highly unusual for Mossad, which typically maintains complete secrecy around its missions.

Support from the U.S. and Israeli Military

Barnea also praised the cooperation of IDF Intelligence, Israeli Chief of Staff Lt Gen. Herzi Halevi (noted as Eyal Zamir in the original article, though likely an error), and the U.S. intelligence agency CIA in the mission. He further stated that out of the 50 hostages remaining in Gaza, 20 are still alive, and Mossad remains committed to bringing them back home.
