International News: Russia attacked Ukraine again just a day after the peace talks between Russia and Ukraine in Turkey. According to the report of Russia's state news agency TASS, the Russian army targeted a Ukrainian military camp where the weapons of the Ukrainian army were kept. However, the full details of the damage caused in this attack have not been revealed yet. Apart from this attack, Russia attacked a passenger bus with a drone. The bus was completely damaged in this attack and at least 9 people are reported dead. Ukrainian police has called this attack a 'war crime' and said that the killing of innocent civilians cannot be justified under any circumstances.

Russia's attack intensifies after peace talks

Notably, a meeting between Russian and Ukrainian delegations took place in Turkey on Friday. The purpose of this meeting was to reach an agreement towards ceasefire, but the talks remained inconclusive. However, an agreement has been reached between the two countries regarding the release of 1000 prisoners of war.

Initially it was expected that Russian President Vladimir Putin and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky would sit face to face in these talks. But at the last moment Putin changed his plan, due to which the talks remained at the level of representatives only.

Bus blown up in Russian attack

The head of the military camp in Sumy region of Ukraine said that relief and rescue work has been started immediately after the Russian attack. Ukrainian police has released pictures of the damaged bus, in which the upper part of the bus is completely blown off.

Targeting civilians

According to a Reuters report, both countries do not hesitate to target each other's civilians. During the peace talks, Ukraine demanded that Russia should agree to an immediate ceasefire, but Russia put a condition in return that Ukraine would have to withdraw its army from the disputed areas. It was believed that the talks could gain momentum with the mediation of leaders like Donald Trump, but ultimately all the celebrities distanced themselves and the talks remained limited to the delegation, which did not yield any concrete result.
