Tejashwi Yadav Reacts After IRCTC Scam Case: After Delhi court ordered framing of charges against Lalu Prasad Yadav in IRCTC scam, the Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) leader Tejashwi Yadav gave his first reaction in the case. He stated the legal trouble a ''political vendetta.'' He said that such things are obvious to happen as Bihar elections are due to be held.

What Tejashwi Yadav Said?

Tejashwi said, "Elections are coming, so things like this will happen... We will reach our destination. The people of Bihar are watching." His statement came after the Delhi's Rouse Avenue court framed charges against him, his father Lalu Prasad Yadav, and his mother and ex- Chief Minister Rabri Devi, among others, in the IRCTC scam case.

BJP's Bihar unit reaction

Meanwhile, the BJP's Bihar unit reacting to today's order said that the court has accepted that Lalu Yadav plotted the IRCTC scam. In a post on X, the party said, "Bihar knows he looted public money. The people will give him an answer."

Tejashwi: 'Lalu Yadav a Management Guru'

Tejashwi further defending his father's tenure as Railway minister, Tejashwi said that he gave Rs 90,000 crore in profit to the Railways. He is known as one of the historic Railway Ministers. Even students from Harvard and IIM visited here to study from Lalu ji. He stated that he has been known as the Management Guru.

Further, Tejashwi also said that he will fight the BJP as long as it is in power. He said, "It is fun to fight storms. We have chosen the path of struggle, and we will reach our destination. "We will fight and win, we are Biharis, we do not fear outsiders."

IRCTC Scam Case

It is worthy to be mentioned here that the charges against Lalu Yadav is that during his term as the Railways Minister between 2004 to 2009, in the Congress-led United Progressive Alliance, influenced the tender process for maintenance contracts to IRCTC hotels in Ranchi and Puri.
