Bomb Threat in Delhi: Jaish-e-Mohammad Email to 2 Schools and 3 Courts Triggers Panic After Red Fort Blast

New Delhi: In a shocking update, Delhi Police is on high alert after three courts, namely Saket District Court, Patiala House Court as well as two CRPF schools on Tuesday got bomb threat mails.

Sharing update about the Delhi bomb threat, a lawyer of the Delhi court said, "Around 11:00 AM this morning, we received an email informing us that a bomb explosion had been planned here. The email was being attributed to Jaish-e-Mohammed.''

He further said, ''As soon as the judicial officers and the Bar Association received this information, we immediately initiated the evacuation process. Both the court building and the lawyers' chamber block were evacuated... This anti-terrorist atmosphere being created across the country is absolutely wrong.''

He added, ''I strongly condemn it. Recently, explosive material was placed in a vehicle at Red Fort, resulting in the loss of many innocent lives.... Similar threats have occurred at Saket Court and other district courts..."
