National News: A heartbreaking tragedy has come to light from Majitha region of Amritsar district of Punjab. At least 21 people have died due to allegedly drinking poisonous liquor, while 6 people are admitted to the hospital in critical condition. This painful accident has created an atmosphere of mourning and resentment in the entire area.

The administration has confirmed the accident. Initial investigations have revealed that this poisonous liquor was spread in five villages. Police and health department teams are going from house to house investigating people, so that more lives can be saved in time.

10 arrested including main supplier, two FIRs registered

As soon as the police came to know about the incident, the Amritsar police took quick action and arrested 10 people, including chief suppliers Parbjit Singh and Kingpin Saheb Singh. Amritsar SSP Maninder Singh said that the police had received information about deaths from poisonous liquor around 9:30 pm last night. After this, the police started raids and so far two FIRs have been registered.

The police is conducting a thorough investigation of which companies this liquor was purchased, under which name was being sold, and which people were supplied.

Five villages affected, medical teams active

Amritsar Deputy Commissioner Sakshi Sahni described the incident as an unfortunate tragedy and said that the administration immediately sent medical teams, who are still investigating from village to village. He said, "Whether a person has symptoms or not, we are taking everyone to the hospital."

The treatment of the injured continues rapidly, but the possibility of increasing the number of dead still remains.

Government gave strict instructions, action continues

The Punjab government has taken a tough stand in this matter. According to the SSP, instructions have been given by the government that strict action should be taken on the fake liquor mafia. Raids are being conducted in search of other accused of making and supplying liquor. The police is also trying to find out in every village and who had drunk this alcohol.

Weeds in villages, family members cry and bad

There is a deep mourning in the villages affected by the incident. Many funerals are being performed in the same village. The family is in shock, women are crying and the villagers are deeply resentful towards the administration. This accident has left permanent wounds in the lives of hundreds of families, who became a victim of this poisonous conspiracy.

The responsibility should be fixed, so that such a tragedy does not happen again

This question is now getting up loud that when will the business of fake liquor stop? Did this know this due to the failure of the responsible system? It is the responsibility of both the public and the administration to eliminate this deadly business from the root, so that another family can avoid being destroyed in this way.
