A Pakistani fighter pilot has been arrested by Indian troops in the Lathi region of Rajasthan after his JF-17 fighter aircraft was hit by Indian air defense systems along the border while it had crossed into Indian airspace.

Search Operation Underway

The JF-17 wreckage was located off Jaisalmer, and there is an ongoing search operation for any other crew members or remnants. The clash has raised tension between India and Pakistan, and both nations remain on high alert.

Escalating Border Tensions

This is a follow-up to the incident where Pakistan tried to attack Indian military bases in Jammu, Pathankot, Amritsar, and Jalandhar but its drones and missiles were downed by India's air defense. India has also destroyed Pakistan's F-16 and JF-17 fighter jets in recent clashes.

Identity of Captured Pilot Still Awaits Confirmation

Additional details on the identity and condition of the detained pilot have yet to be disclosed. The situation is volatile, with both nations on red alert.
