National News: Nepal on Friday (August 29, 2025) revealed that three terrorists belonging to terrorist group Jaish-e-Mohammed, who were earlier reported to have entered Bihar in India via Nepal, have already left for Malaysia from Kathmandu. Nepal Police, Immigration Department and Kathmandu Airport Authority claimed that the three Pakistani nationals had arrived in Kuala Lumpur from Kathmandu on different flights at different times. According to media reports, Nepal Immigration Department spokesperson Tikaram Dhakal said, "Hasnain Ali and Adil Hussain arrived in Nepal on August 8 with Pakistani passports, while Mohammad Usman arrived on August 10."
However, Bihar Police released the names, photographs and passports of these three in a statement on Thursday, claiming that they had entered Bihar via Birgunj.
According to Nepal authorities, Hasnain Ali and Adil Hussain flew from Kathmandu to Kuala Lumpur on 15 August at 10:45 pm on Malaysian Airlines flight MH 115. Mohammad Usman, on the other hand, left for Kuala Lumpur on 24 August at 9:35 pm on Nepal Airlines flight RA 415.
Nepal Police has not confirmed whether these three persons entered the Indian border during their stay in Nepal. However, no official information has been received from Indian security agencies about their movement so far. Where all three persons came to Nepal on tourist visa and left at different times. According to officials, Hasnain Ali and Adil Hussain arrived in Kathmandu on August 8 at 6:25 pm from Karachi via Dubai by Fly Dubai flight FZ 575. Mohammad Usman, on the other hand, arrived in Kathmandu on August 10 by Fly Dubai flight FZ 573 at 11:20 pm and his immigration process was completed at 11:58 pm.
The Nepal Immigration Department said that no warning or notice was received from Indian authorities or Interpol about these three terrorists. Also, their passports were not on any watch list. Officials said, "If any such information was available, these persons would have been detained."
After the information was made public by the Bihar Police, Nepal has started investigating the activities of these three terrorists in the country. Currently, the agencies are busy investigating the CCTV footage of the airport and other places.
