Siya’s legal counsel, Advocate Vipul Dusing, confirmed that she submitted her written consent to the Lonavala Rural Police on Thursday. "I pray that the authorities find Ketan Agarwal’s killers as soon as possible. Even if it is my own daughter, if Siya is proven guilty, she should face the exact same fate that Ketan suffered. Whoever the culprit is, they must be punished."

On Thursday morning, Pune Police brang Siya Goyal to the specific location where she and Chetan Choudhary allegedly plotted the murder. According to the investigations and further reports, that the duo had planned to push Ketan Agarwal off the cliffs of the Lohagad Fort. Furthermore, a police team conducted a thorough search at Siya's residence located in the Market Yard area of Pune. During the search, authorities recovered the clothes she had allegedly worn on June 18, the day the incident took place.
