New Delhi: The weather patterns are changing rapidly across the country. The South-West Monsoon is continuously advancing and has now reached many new areas of Maharashtra, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. At the same time, the Meteorological Department has issued a warning of heavy rain, storms and hailstorms in different parts of the country in the next few days.

How far has the monsoon reached?

On June 8, the monsoon entered new areas of Maharashtra, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. The Meteorological Department is saying that it will increase further in the next 2-3 days. Meaning, now gradually clouds are going to reach North India also.

Where will it rain the most?

Kerala, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu and the entire Northeast will remain under water for the next 7 days. There is an alert of very heavy rain in Kerala-Karnataka on June 9. The situation in the coastal areas of Karnataka may remain bad till June 11. There will be continuous heavy rains from Assam, Meghalaya, Arunachal to Tripura till June 14. In these areas, flooding of roads and jams will become common.

What will the weather be in North India?

The weather will deteriorate in Delhi, Punjab, Haryana, Rajasthan from June 11-12. A new western disturbance is coming. There will be a dust storm, the wind will blow at a speed of 50-60 km. Hail may also fall in some places. If there is a bucket or tub on the roof, take it inside.

Dust storm is certain in western Rajasthan on 11-12 June. There will also be light rain between 11th and 14th June. There will be strong winds in Haryana, Chandigarh and Delhi on June 13-14.

What is the condition of UP, Bihar, MP?

Rain will continue in UP from June 10 to 14. There is a warning of severe thunderstorm in Eastern UP on June 12. There will be thunder, lightning and rain in MP and Chhattisgarh from June 9 to 14.

There may be heavy rain in Bihar on June 10-12. There are chances of heavy rain in Odisha on June 11-12. There is a danger of storms and lightning in the Ganga bank areas of Jharkhand, Bihar and Bengal till June 10-12. If you are working in the fields, look at the sky.

How will the weather be in hilly areas?

There will be rain and thundershowers in Jammu and Kashmir, Himachal and Uttarakhand on June 11-12. The weather in the mountains changes by the minute. Sunny in the morning, cloudy in the afternoon and rain in the evening. If you plan to travel, then leave only after checking local updates.
