National News: India once again showed the world that it responds to the attack on its citizens not only by words, but by accurate action. The Indian Air Force took revenge for the cowardly terrorist attack in Pahalgam through the 'Operation Sindoor', in which terrorists' bases in Pakistan -occupied Kashmir (POK) were targeted and demolished.
According to sources, the house of Jaish-e-Mohammed's leader Masood Azhar was also targeted in this very confidential and strategic operation. According to a Pakistani media report, a total of 10 people were killed in this attack, including Masood Azhar's brother, sister and several relatives. After the news of the family's abolition, Azhar cried bitterly and said-"I wish I would have died too."
On May 6, Prime Minister Narendra Modi gave a strong message about this operation. He said that India will not show any softness in its fight against terror. Operation Sindoor is not just a military action, but is a symbol of India's cultural and strategic power. While 'Sindoor' is a symbol of female power and security, now it has also become a symbol of the end of terror.
Colonel Sophia Qureshi of the Indian Army said that a total of 9 terrorist camps were demolished in the operation. These included Lashkar and Jaish training centers present in areas like Muzaffarabad, Barnala and Sialkot. The attack was carried out on the basis of concrete information collected by intelligence agencies.
This time, India has taken a tough stand on water and maritime borders, not limited to the aircraft. It has become clear from reconsideration of Indus Water Treaty and deployment of Indian Navy that India is preparing to surround Pakistan on every front.
'Operation Sindoor' is an example of India's changing military and diplomatic thinking. Now India has become a nation to take action at every level for the safety of its citizens, not just the suffering country.
