National News: Amid the increasing tension between India and Pakistan, where tanks, drones and missiles on the border are face to face, on the other hand another 'pseudo-war' is being fought on social media and international forums-and Pakistan is resorting to lies and propaganda in this fight.
Pakistan started a series of false stories and concocted allegations on social media and international media platforms in this era of struggle. The retaliation conducted under the Operation Sindoor of the Indian Army was distorted. Even false allegations of attacks at religious places were made.
In this media war, the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting of the Government of India remained in the fray. The government's fact check unit not only denied every false claim of Pakistan, but also put India's military successes in front of the world with evidence.
Government handles and ministries shared continuous videos, documents and authentic information on social media, which opened the poll of Pakistan's propaganda.
India also insisted that Pakistan is unable to fight a direct fight, so it resorts to false propagation and digital drama.
On May 10, the Indian air defense system in Sirsa, Haryana killed Pakistan's 'Fateh-1 missile' in the sky itself. The incident came to light as another failure of Pakistani "Swadeshi" technology. India said that this missile not only deviated the path, but also had serious flaws from its construction to operation. This revealed the reality of Pakistan's military structure.
India told the world that Pakistan dropped the missile near the gurudwara in a densely populated area, which is a severe violation of international standards and military morality. Earlier, in 2022 and 2024 such missile tests have caused accidents several times.
From Pakistani Army generals to government media, all tried to discredit India through fake videos, old photos and false statements. He laid a fake news of India's Akhnoor and Bathinda airbase being destroyed, falsely claimed to catch Indian pilot Shivani Singh and even spread to a cyber attack on India's electricity grid. India responded to all these things on accurate and facts, so that the international community could recognize the lies of Pakistan.
The Ministry of Information and Armed Forces of India are standing not only on the border, but also on the digital platform with full vigilance.
Due to the vigilance and readiness of the government, every bushes of Pakistan's lies and conspiracies could be revealed to the world. Pakistan's lie factory, whether in the field or on a mobile screen, India has exposed it everywhere. Now it has become clear that the real strength comes from pills, not by truth, strategy and authenticity - and India can never give up in it.
