The chilling scene unfolded when locals near Adesh Medical University reported a foul odor emanating from a car in the hospital’s parking lot.  Preliminary findings suggest the car, bearing a fake number plate, was abandoned days earlier. The advanced decomposition has complicated efforts to identify injury marks, but a post-mortem at Shaheed Bhai Mani Singh Civil Hospital is underway to determine the cause of death.
