New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurated the Indian space start-up Skyroot's Infinity Campus in Hyderabad through a video conferencing on November 27. During the occasion PM Modi spoke in length about GenZ engineers, GenZ designers, GenZ coders, and GenZ scientists.
During the inauguration of Indian space startup Skyroot’s Infinity Campus, PM Modi said, "Today, GenZ engineers, GenZ designers, GenZ coders, and GenZ scientists are creating new technologies, whether in propulsion systems, composite materials, rocket stages, or satellite platforms.''
''India's youth are working in fields that were unimaginable just a few years ago. India's private space talent is making its mark globally. India's space sector is becoming an attractive destination for global investors...," he added.
At the inauguration of Indian space startup Skyroot’s Infinity Campus, PM Modi said, "India's youth puts the nation's interests first. They utilise every opportunity wisely. When the government opened the space sector, the country's youth, especially our Gen Z, leapt forward to take full advantage of it. Today, India's more than 300 space startups are giving new hope to India's space future..."
On the occasion, PM Modi also spoke about India's space journey. PM Modi said, "India's space journey started with limited resources. But our aspirations were never limited. There was a time when parts of a rocket were carried on a cycle. And today, with the world's most reliable launch vehicle, India has proven that dreams can be reached with resolution and not by resources. ISRO gave a new flight to India's space journey for decades... In these changing times, the space sector is expanding... We have made historic reforms in India's space sector... We made a new space policy. We tried to integrate startups and industries wth innovation..."
PM Modi also stressed about the country's unprecedented opportunity in the space sector, "Today the country is witnessing an unprecedented opportunity in the space sector. Today, the private sector is taking great strides in India's space ecosystem. Skyroot's Infinity Campus reflects India's new thinking, innovation, and youth power, '' said PM Modi.
''The innovation, risk-taking, and entrepreneurship of our youth are reaching new heights, and today's program is a reflection of the fact that in the future, India will emerge as a leader in the global satellite launch ecosystem...," added PM Modi.
