National News: A massive natural disaster in Dharali village of Uttarkashi district has sent shockwaves across the country. A spine-chilling video of the aftermath, showing floodwaters and debris following a sudden cloudburst, has gone viral on social media. The footage vividly captures the destruction, fear, and deep pain experienced by the villagers—turning a serene Himalayan village into a zone of unimaginable devastation within moments.
The video begins with a calm river flowing beside the village. But within seconds, a terrifying wave of debris-laden water crashes down from the mountains. This sudden surge is so powerful that it engulfs homes, shops, hotels, and homestays located along the riverbanks in a matter of moments.
Terrified locals can be seen standing on higher ground, recording the disaster on their mobile phones with trembling hands. Some voices are heard shouting, “Run! Everything is gone!” The screams, the panic, and the tears of the people caught in this disaster are deeply disturbing.
