Heavy Rain Clouds Over Delhi, UP, MP and Bihar; IMD Warns of Stormy Weather

New Delhi: As soon as September starts, the mood of the weather starts changing. A slight coolness is being felt in the morning and evening, but the monsoon has not gone yet. The Meteorological Department has said that today on September 7, there will be rain in many states. There is an alert of heavy rain in Uttarakhand and Eastern UP. There is currently no warning in Delhi-NCR.

How will the weather be in Delhi-NCR today?

It will be cloudy in Delhi today and there may be light to moderate rain. According to IMD, today the minimum temperature of Delhi will be around 24 degrees and the maximum will be around 34 degrees. There will be humidity, but rain may provide some relief. There is no warning. Noida will also have partly cloudy sky today. The temperature here will be between 25 and 32 degrees. There are chances of drizzle in the evening.

Where will it rain in UP?

There will be more rain in the eastern part of UP today. The Meteorological Department has issued an alert of heavy rain for Eastern UP on 7, 8 and 9 September. Lucknow will remain cloudy today with occasional rain or thundershowers. The weather will be slightly mild in western UP.

Why did tension increase in Uttarakhand?

Weather may be worse in Uttarakhand today. There is an alert of heavy rain and thunder with strong wind in many districts. IMD has warned of heavy rain, lightning for today. The weather will remain bad in the mountains for the next 2-3 days. It will be cloudy in Dehradun today and there will be rain with thunder. There may be moderate to heavy rain here on September 10, so avoid going to the mountains.

What will be the condition in Rajasthan and Central India?

There may be rain with thunderstorms and strong wind in eastern parts of Rajasthan today. Monsoon is active in Central India also. According to the Meteorological Department, due to the monsoon trough, rains will continue in Central and Eastern India.

How is the weather in Northeast and South India?

Rains will continue in the Northeast in the coming days as well. There are chances of heavy rain in Assam, Meghalaya, Arunachal. At present there will be less rain in South India. But there may be isolated rain and strong wind in Coastal Andhra Pradesh, Yanam, Tamil Nadu, Puducherry and Karaikal. The Meteorological Department has said that do not go out in the open during thunderstorms and be more careful during heavy rains in hilly areas.
