Patna: As Nitish Kumar took oath for the 10th time as Bihar Chief Minister, several top leaders and personalities came forward to praise him. Among the list were Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, Delhi CM Rekha Gupta, LJP(RV) chief Chirag Paswan and many others.
On the day of oath ceremony of Nitish Kumar, Yogi Adityanath said, "On behalf of the people of Uttar Pradesh, I have come here to congratulate the new government in Bihar. What we are seeing here today is the result of Nitish Kumar ji's vast experience and the double-engine government's efforts. I congratulate the people of Bihar...I congratulate Nitish ji, Samrat Choudhary, Vijay Sinha ji and the new cabinet, which will be sworn in today."
LJP(RV) chief Chirag Paswan said, " It is a big day for my party. Two MLAs from my party will take the oath today." He added, ''On this day, I remember my father, Ram Vilas Paswan. He would have been most happy today. Two MLAs from my party will take the oath today. We secured a big victory. We will work on war-footing to make Bihar a developed state and keep Bihar first and Biharis first.."
As Delhi CM Rekha Gupta reached Patna to attend the NDA government’s swearing-in ceremony in Bihar to be held at Gandhi Maidan. Praising Nitish Kumar, Rekha Gupta said, "Yeh janta ke vishwas ki jeet hain, sarkaar ke prayaas ki jeet hain aur Bihar mein vikas ki jeet hain."
After the oath ceremony of Nitish Kumar as the CM of Bihar, BJP's Central Observer for the election of the leader of the legislative party in Bihar, KP Maurya said, "This was a historic oath ceremony in the presence of PM Modi. The double-engine government will work to fulfil the dreams of the people of the state. Under the leadership of Nitish Kumar, we will work for Viksit Bihar..."
Union Minister Giriraj Singh after the oath ceremony of Nitish Kumar called it as a victory of Bihar. He said, "Bihar ki jeet humari hai, agli baari Bengal ki hai. We will not let Bengal become Bangladesh. SIR will be implemented in Bengal."
"I thank the public of Bihar for reposing their faith in Nitish Kumar and Narendra Modi. Our responsibilities have increased as we have received a huge mandate. Bihar ki jeet humari hai, agli baari Bengal ki hai. We will not let Bengal become Bangladesh," he added.
