Patna: After Lalu Prasad Yadav’s daughter Rohini Acharya's explosive bombshell against Tejashwi Yadav after RJD's defeat in the Bihar Assembly Elections 2025, her brother Tej Pratap Yadav has extended his support for her. Tej Pratap Yadav's comment came after Rohini alleged that she was abused, humiliated, and even assaulted” by her brother Tejashwi Yadav and his aide, RJD MP Sanjay Yadav.

And now Tej Pratap came out in support of Rohini and said he “will not tolerate any insult to my sister.” He added that what happened to his sister Rohini was “unbearable.”

What Tej Pratap said in his social media post?

Tej Pratap Yadav in the official Instagram post of official JJD handle, shared a video of his sister Rohini. Sharing the video, Tej Pratap wrote in Hindi that while he endured the injustices done to him, he cannot remain silent over his sister’s humiliation.

In the video, he can be heard talking about Rohini being allegedly hit with a slipper had “turned his pain into fire.” In his video, Tej Pratap without taking anyone's name warned “Jaichands” (betrayers) and said that the people of Bihar would never forgive attacks on family honour. He further added “some faces have clouded Tejashwi’s judgement” and that the consequences of this “injustice will be severe.”

What Tej Pratap expect from his father Lalu Prasad Yadav?

However, Tej Pratap also urged his father and RJD chief Lalu Prasad Yadav to intervene into the matter. “Father, just give a sign… One gesture from you and the people of Bihar will bury these Jaichands,” he stated. He stated that the issue is not a political conflict but a battle for “family honour, a daughter’s dignity, and Bihar’s self-respect.”

What Rohini Acharya’s said?

In her explosive statements on X, Rohini wrote, ''Yesterday, a daughter, a sister, a married woman, a mother was humiliated, filthy abuses were hurled at her, a slipper was raised to hit her. I did not compromise on my self-respect, I did not surrender the truth, and solely because of this, I had to endure this insult...''

She added, ''Yesterday, a daughter, out of compulsion, left behind her crying parents and sisters and came away; they tore me away from my maternal home... They left me orphaned...''

She further added, ''May none of you ever walk my path, may no family ever have a daughter-sister like Rohini.''
