New Delhi: World Cup-winning Indian Women's Cricket Team leaves from a hotel in Delhi to meet Prime Minister Narendra Modi. It is to be noted here that team India lifted its maiden ICC Women's World Cup trophy on November 2.
It is worthy to be mentioned here that Harmanpreet Kaur-led Indian team defeated South Africa in the final which was held in Navi Mumbai.

PM Modi felicitated the Indian women’s cricket team today at his residence. The Indian team players, led by Harmanpreet Kaur, visited PM's house after their historic victory.
At the ceremony, PM Modi congratulated the team for their historic victory.
Harmampreet Kaur and team have aleady reached Prime Minister Narendra Modi's residence at 7 Lok Kalyan Marg. It is to be noted here that the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) had received invitation from the Prime Minister's Office (PMO) for the meeting.

Ahead of team India's arrival, tight security arrangements has been done outside 7, Lok Kalyan Marg, where PM Modi will felicitate the World Cup, winning Indian women’s cricket team.
It is to be noted here that several layers of police barricades, and tight security vehicles have been deployed around the area. Arrangement for media persons are also done over there.
