New Delhi: India and England will meet in the final of the ICC Under-19 World Cup 2026 this afternoon. The match will be held at Harare Sports Club, Zimbabwe. India is desperate to win its sixth trophy, while England wants to lift the title for the second time, if not the first. Toss at 12:30pm IST, and first ball at 1pm.

India has rocked the entire tournament. From the Super Six to the semi-finals, the team left no chance. Defeated Afghanistan by just 7 wickets in the semis. Vaibhav Suryavanshi has done wonders in batting—they are playing like a big star. And in the semis, Aaron George gave a strong position to the team by scoring a century. Bowling was also tight, and fielding was also excellent. They all seem fully confident.

How are England's preparations?

England also left no stone unturned. Entered the final after defeating Australia in the semi-finals. There are some stalwarts in their batting who can change the match in just one over. There is variety in bowling too – be it spin or pace, everything is possible. The mood of the team is quite aggressive, they too are ready.

How does the playing XI of both the teams look?

Balanced teams are visible on both sides. India is being captained by Ayush Mhatre. Top order strong, finisher in the middle, good combination of spin-pace in bowling. England also has many boys in form—there is depth in both batting and bowling. There doesn't seem to be any big surprise, only those who are in form will play.

Where to watch live?

Star Sports will be available live on TV, online on Disney Hotstar, ICC app or YouTube. Live scores, commentary will be running everywhere.

There is going to be tremendous competition among young talents today. India desperately wants the sixth trophy, England wants to win the second trophy. Whoever wins in Harare, that moment will be remembered. Children are in full form, excitement is at its peak. Let's see who will win!
