New Delhi: Cockroach Janata Party (CJP) founder Abhijit Dipke's troubles have increased once again. Delhi Police has arrested him by taking precautionary action against him under sections 126 and 170 of the Indian Civil Security Code (BNSS). Now it is said that he will be presented before the magistrate. In such a situation, the question arises whether Deepke can also be sent to Tihar Jail for a few days like his fellow leaders Saurav Das and Ashutosh Ranka. However, the final decision in this regard will be clear only after the magistrate's proceedings.

Why did the police arrest Abhijeet Dipke again?

This is the second time precautionary action has been taken against Abhijeet Dipke. Even before this, he was detained before the proposed demonstration in Delhi. At that time he was released after filling the bond along with Saurav Das and Ashutosh Ranka. This bond included conditions for maintaining peace and good conduct.

Now, after action has been taken against Dipke again, questions are being raised regarding the conditions of his old bond. If the police feel that there has been a violation of the prescribed conditions, then it can present its case in this regard before the magistrate. However, on the basis of allegations alone, it cannot be said that Deepke will be sent to jail.

Why did the police release Neha Bora?

On Friday, Delhi Police also detained All India Students Association (AISA) national president Neha Bora. However, she was released after giving strict instructions and completing necessary formalities. Police action has been different in the cases of Deepke and Neha Bora. While Neha Bora was released, further process is being taken against Deepke under sections 126 and 170 of BNSS.

Why are Saurav Das and Ashutosh Ranka in Tihar Jail?

CJP co-convenors Saurav Das and Ashutosh Ranka are currently lodged in Tihar jail. According to the report, both have been kept in separate barracks for security reasons and arrangements have been made to keep them away from other prisoners so that no untoward incident happens to them. Both the leaders were detained again during the protest at Jantar Mantar. The police had alleged that they violated the peace conditions already imposed. After this the court sent him to judicial custody for five days.

Will Abhijeet Dipke also have to go to Tihar Jail?

The most important question in Dipke's case is what further orders the magistrate gives. If detention is deemed necessary for violation of previous conditions or on other legal grounds, further action may be taken. However, it is too early to draw any final conclusion regarding his going to jail. For now, Dipke's appearance and the magistrate's order will decide the further direction of the case.
