Ratia: Sub-Divisional Magistrate (SDM) Surender Singh heard public complaints during a resolution camp organised on Thursday, November 5, with the aim of ensuring timely and effective redressal of citizens’ grievances.
Residents raised issues concerning several government departments, including the Block Development and Panchayat Office (BDPO), Public Health Department, Electricity Corporation and Municipal Committee.
SDM Surender Singh directed the concerned officials to take complaints seriously and ensure their resolution at the earliest. He said the primary objective of the resolution camp was to provide citizens with a common platform where they could raise their concerns and access solutions without having to visit multiple offices.
He further instructed officials to give priority to complaints received during the camp and regularly monitor the action taken on each case. The SDM stressed that there should be no negligence or unnecessary delay in addressing public grievances.
