Youth paid the biggest price. Jobs vanished from villages. Education facilities remained ignored. Migration became routine. Families were broken by forced foreign dreams.

Why Must Punjabis Unite Now?

The Chief Minister said rebuilding Rangla Punjab needs collective effort. Government alone cannot change everything. Every Punjabi must contribute as per capacity. Teachers, farmers and youth all have roles. Honest participation can revive hope. Unity is the real strength of Punjab. Without unity, progress remains incomplete.

Do Opposition Parties Have Vision?

CM Mann said opposition parties are fighting among themselves. They have no agenda for public welfare. Their politics revolves around power only. People’s issues do not concern them. Punjab’s resources were misused earlier. Such forces cannot fool Punjabis again. Voters now understand their real character.

What Makes This College Special?

The Chief Minister laid the foundation stone of a ₹15 crore co-educational college in Bikraur village. The institution will serve border belt students. It will be built on 15 acres of land. The college will benefit over 50 villages. Local panchayat donated land voluntarily. Education will reach doorsteps now.

Which Courses Will Be Offered?

The upcoming college will offer Arts, Science and Commerce streams. Modern subjects are also included. Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence are planned. Digital skills courses will prepare job-ready youth. Girls will benefit greatly from nearby education. Dropout rates are expected to fall. Border students will get equal opportunities.

How Will Youth Migration Reduce?

CM Mann said education is key to stopping migration. When opportunities exist locally, youth stay. Previous governments ignored this reality. His government provided over 63,000 jobs on merit. Reverse migration is now possible. Negativity among youth must end. Confidence will return through education and jobs.

What Message For Border Residents?

The Chief Minister called border residents true patriots. He said their welfare is government priority. Farmers faced fencing issues for years. Centre approved shifting border fence after efforts. Thousands of acres will be cultivable again. Education and farming together will strengthen border areas. Punjab will move towards prosperity.
