Double Murder in UP: Two Friends Hacked to Death, Bodies Dumped by Roadside

Hardoi: The brutal murder of two youths in Hardoi district of Uttar Pradesh has created a sensation in the area. The bodies of both were found in a blood-soaked condition near a roadside field. There were multiple attacks on the body with sharp weapons, which clearly shows that the attackers attacked with the intention of murder. The deceased have been identified as employees associated with Jal Jeevan Mission. In the initial investigation, the police are considering this incident as a planned double murder. An FIR has been registered in the case against a close acquaintance of the deceased and investigation has been intensified on several aspects.

What happened before the murder?

Police investigation has revealed that a few hours before the incident, both the youths had attended a party with one of their acquaintances. After this he did not return home. The next day their bodies were found lying on the roadside. Police are now investigating the movements, mobile locations and call detail records of the people present at the party to find out who the two were last in contact with. Investigating agencies believe that the murder conspiracy may have been hatched in advance.

Did illicit relationship become the reason for murder?

Initial police investigation has also revealed the angle of an alleged love affair or illicit relationship. Officials believe that a dispute arising out of personal relations took a violent turn.
