Traditional Shopping Adds Colour to the Festive Season

Women have begun preparing for the occasion, selecting bangles, ceremonial items and decorative accessories to mark the festival. While some are exploring different bangle designs, others are choosing karwas and puja thalis to complete their preparations.

Markets stretching from Rampur to Jagat Farm are drawing shoppers with a variety of traditional and decorative products. The festive atmosphere is bringing together customary rituals, colourful displays and the anticipation associated with Karwa Chauth.
