Noida: Reports are emerging of a premeditated conspiracy behind the violence that took place in Noida. The police claim that preliminary investigations indicate social media was extensively utilized to incite the entire sequence of events. According to officials, false and misleading information was rapidly disseminated across social media platforms prior to the outbreak of violence. The investigation has also revealed that over 50 fake handles were created within a span of just 24 hours and were activated specifically to spread rumors. Through these handles, inflammatory messages, videos, and posts were continuously shared, fueling confusion and outrage among the public. It is reported that the objective behind these fake accounts was to destabilize the atmosphere and incite the public. Uttar Pradesh Labor Minister Anil Rajbhar has issued a significant statement regarding the violence that occurred in Noida. Describing the incident as a "premeditated conspiracy," he stated that its objective may be to disrupt the state's development and law-and-order situation. The Minister also noted that four suspected terrorists were recently arrested in Meerut and Noida; as their links are reportedly connected to handlers based in Pakistan, an investigation into a potential "Pakistan connection" is also underway.

Appealing to the workers to maintain peace, Anil Rajbhar affirmed that the government is ready to engage in dialogue regarding every one of their demands and that any issue will be resolved solely through dialogue. He emphasized the necessity of refraining from aggressive forms of protest.
