Plot Dispute Leads to Assault and Robbery Allegations in Muzaffarnagar; Complainant Approaches SSP

Muzaffarnagar: A property dispute in the Charthawal police station area of Muzaffarnagar has led to serious allegations of assault, cash snatching and threats to shoot. Tasleem, son of Mustafa and a resident of Mohalla Tirgaran, approached the SSP's office on Tuesday afternoon and submitted a written complaint seeking an impartial investigation and strict action against the accused.

He has also accused the opposing party of getting a fabricated medical report prepared and conspiring to implicate him and his family members in false criminal cases.

Dispute Over Plot Work Turns into Alleged Assault

According to Tasleem, the incident took place on the morning of November 1 or 2, when he was returning home after offering prayers at a mosque. During this time, he reportedly had an argument with Israr, son of Manzoor, over work related to a plot.

Tasleem alleged that Israr assaulted him, snatched ₹1,150 from his possession and threatened to shoot him.

Who Else Has Been Named in the Complaint?

Apart from Israr, the complaint names several individuals, including Ilahi, Fazil, Arif, Wajid, Shahid, Haji Ali and Qadir, along with others.

Tasleem further alleged that some of the individuals named in the complaint were involved in alleged illegal encroachments on public properties, including a graveyard, W.D.O. premises and a slaughterhouse. He claimed that these disputes had created hostility towards him and alleged that the accused enjoyed the protection of the Nagar Panchayat chairman.

Allegations of Fabricated Medical Report and False Cases

The complainant claimed that after appearing before the SDM Sadar on November 2, the opposing party allegedly conspired with the chairman and arranged a false medical examination of Israr to strengthen their case against him.

Tasleem further alleged that attempts were being made to implicate him and his family in fabricated criminal cases and that they were facing threats to their lives.

Complainant Seeks CCTV Examination and Family Protection

Through his complaint, Tasleem has requested the SSP to examine CCTV footage related to the incident, investigate the alleged fabricated medical report and take appropriate action in connection with the alleged fraud.

He has also sought police protection to ensure the safety of his family and their property.

The allegations are part of the complaint submitted by Tasleem, and their independent verification and police investigation are awaited.
