The competition for launching the thinnest flagship smartphone by companies is ongoing, Samsung's 5.8mm thin Galaxy S25 Edge has come out and now Apple is also ready to compete with this smartphone using the iPhone 17 Air. The iPhone 17 Air will also be coming out in September along with the iPhone 17 series, as per leaks, the thickness of this phone will be 5.5mm and will weigh 145 grams.
As per the Korean Blog Naver report, a powerful battery of 2800mAh will be present in the iPhone 17 Air to provide life to the phone. The battery is very little as per this future iPhone, which has a 6.6-inch screen. Conversely, discussing the Samsung Galaxy S25 Edge, the phone contains a battery of 3900mAh.
As per reports, Apple is implementing a new high-density battery, if so then the battery life of this iPhone will be 15 to 20 percent improved. Analyst Ming-Chi Kuo had previously indicated that the 2025 models of iPhone might feature better battery performance.
When it comes to camera arrangement, a 48-megapixel solitary rear camera sensor can be provided at the rear of the phone and a 24-megapixel camera sensor should be available in the front. The phone can be charged with 35 W wired charging and MagSafe wireless charging support.
Discussing some extra features, this phone can be provided with a new camera control button, 120 Hz refresh rate support, OLED display. This phone will be equipped with 6 core A19 chipset, 512 GB internal storage and maximum up to 12 GB RAM in the first non-pro model. AI features can also be supported in this new model.
Discussing the cost, as per the media reports, the cost of this new Air version of Apple will begin from Rs 89,900.This phone will be between Standard and Pro versions, i.e., the cost of this phone will be more than the Standard version and less than the Pro version.
