Fight erupts at Apple store over new iPhone, kicks and punches fly; video viral

Tech News: Apple has started selling the iPhone 17 series and iPhone Air in India. On the very first day of the launch, there was a huge crowd at the official Apple stores of Delhi and Mumbai. People were in line since night to buy new iPhones, causing long queues outside the stores. The crowd gathered at the Apple Store located at Delhi's Saket Mall and the Apple BKC Store of Mumbai since morning. The enthusiasm of the people was such that many buyers stood in line to secure their place outside the store from 2 o'clock in the night.

Scramble in BKC store  

The crowd at the Apple Store located in Mumbai's BKC Jio Center increased so much that a situation of push and scuffle arose. During this time, there were kicks and punches between some people, whose video is now  viral on social media. Seeing the situation worsening, the security personnel present in the store had to intervene. The atmosphere was tense for a while, but the situation was controlled in time. It is a matter of relief that no one suffered a serious injury in this clash.

Manoj comes from Ahmedabad every year

In a conversation with the news agency ANI, Manoj, a resident of Ahmedabad, said that he comes to Mumbai every year for the launch of the new iPhone. I have been standing outside the store since 5 am today. Buying the new iPhone first is a special experience for me every year, ”He said.

Seeing the tremendous demand for Apple's new iPhones, it is clear that India is becoming one of the largest markets for the company. On the launch day itself, it is clear from the huge crowd and light scuffle that the enthusiasm of the people is not going to decrease.
