Tech News: The smartphone giant Samsung is preparing to launch four new foldable devices soon. According to reports, the devices that the company is working on includes Galaxy Z Flip 7, Galaxy Z Fold 7, a Triple Fold device and a budget friendly flip fe version.
The leaks claimed that Samsung's upcoming Galaxy Z Flip 7 smartphone can be launched with special tuned Snapdragon 8 Elite 'For Galaxy' edition chipset, which will be more powerful than the standard version in terms of performance. This chip will be more powerful and overclocked than the regular version of Qualcomm. Tipster @Pandaflashpro says that this phone has already passed many networks and performance testing successfully.
The Z Flip 7 can be given a 3.6 -inch cover screen and a 6.8 -inch foldable main screen, which will be slightly larger than the previous model Z Flip 6. Mild change in design is also expected.
Samsung can also maintain a dual camera system with 50mp primary camera and 12MP ultra-wide camera in the device.
The Galaxy Z Flip 7 is expected to have 256GB and 512GB storage variants with 12GB RAM. Some features may be similar to flip 6, but expected to improve performance and battery.
However, some reports also report that Samsung can also use its inhouse Exynos 2500 processor in these devices. This can keep the price slightly lower, especially keeping in mind the customers with the budget segment.
The company has not yet disclosed the official launch date, but it is believed that Samsung may announce its new foldables in the second quarter of 2025.
