New Delhi: Vivo is preparing to launch its next flagship smartphone series, the Vivo X500. Although the company has not yet made an official announcement, the camera and other specifications of this series have been leaked online before the launch. According to reports, Vivo X500 series can be launched in China in September 2026. New leaks indicate that the phone will have features like high-end camera system, large battery and flagship processor.
According to famous tipster Digital Chat Station, the engineering prototype of Vivo X500 has a triple rear camera setup. It will have a 50-megapixel Sony primary camera, in which 1/1.28-inch sensor can be used. Apart from this, a 50MP ultra-wide camera is also expected to be available.
According to the report, the most special feature of Vivo X500 could be the 64MP Sony periscope telephoto camera. It may come with a 1/2-inch sensor and 70mm equivalent focal length, which will allow better optical zoom and click more detailed pictures. The final decision on the telephoto macro feature has not been taken yet, but there is a possibility that it may be included in the final model.
According to leaked reports, Vivo X500 can have a 6.59 inch 1.5K OLED display. For performance, it is likely to get MediaTek Dimensity 9500 flagship processor. This chipset is believed to be capable of providing better speed, gaming and power efficiency.
There is also talk of a large 7500mAh battery in the phone, which can make it attractive for users who use it for a long time. However, at present no official information has been revealed regarding fast charging speed or charging technology.
According to reports, a total of five models can be launched in the Vivo X500 series. Among these, Vivo X500, Vivo X500 Pro and Vivo X500 Pro Max are expected to be launched in China in September 2026. Whereas Vivo X500e and Vivo X500 Ultra can be launched in the first half of 2027. However, all this information has not been officially confirmed by the company yet, so changes in specifications are possible at the time of launch.
