Had Expressed Confidence in Trinamool Congress Previously as Well
Prior to this, in the second week of March, Matrize had also projected the likelihood of a TMC government being formed, based on an opinion poll. According to this poll, the Trinamool Congress could secure 43 to 45 percent of the votes in the West Bengal Assembly elections, while the NDA alliance could garner 41 to 43 percent. Other parties, including the Congress and the Left Front, could receive 13 to 15 percent of the votes.
