NEET UG 2026 Refund: NTA Extends Deadline Till June 22, Check Steps to Apply

New Delhi: National Testing Agency (NTA) has extended the deadline for the refund process of NEET UG 2026. In order to accommodate candidates who faced some technical glitches during the registration process, candidates now have more time to register till June 22, 2026.

"So far, around 13 lakh candidates have updated their bank account details. In order to facilitate candidates who are yet to submit their bank account details, NTA has decided to extend the facility for submission of bank account details till June 22," the NTA notification mentioned.

How to Apply for NEET UG Refund?

Go to the official NTA NEET website: neet.nta.nic.in
Login to your Registration Number along with password.
Click to the designated Refund Tab
Fill the correct bank details and Click Submit.
Take the printout for further reference.

What Are the Details Required?

Candidates should keep the following information ready before applying:
Accound Holder Name
Account Number
IFSC Code
Cancelled Cheque (Its Optional, but recommended for verification purpose)

Do You Require Fresh Registration for Re-NEET?

As per NTA, There will be no requirement of registering for the fresh candidature to sit in re-NEET. There will be no examination fees as well. In addition, Fees already paid will be refunded, NTA mentioned in a X Post. Re-NEET will be held on 21st June. The earlier NEET Exam held in the May got cancelled due to alleged paper leak.

Admit Card can be downloaded from the official NTA NEET website neet.nta.nic.in. Required details will be application number and date of birth. Click to Save/Download button and take the print out.

Click to Re-NEET Hall Ticket Tab
Fill the credentials (Application Number, Date of birth)
Save PDF and take the print out.
