Beijing: Amid the ongoing war between America and Iran, the turmoil in Asia has also intensified. Without much noise, China has tightened its gaze on Taiwan. Looking at the current activities, it is feared that it is moving ahead with full preparation regarding Taiwan. China's military activities around Taiwan have suddenly increased. Taiwan's Defense Ministry has said that in the last 24 hours a large number of Chinese fighter planes and ships were seen around it.

What did you see around Taiwan?

According to Taiwan, 19 Chinese military aircraft, 9 naval ships and 2 government ships remained active around it. Many of these fighter jets crossed the median line of the Taiwan Strait and directly entered the ADIZ. Generally this step is seen as creating pressure.

Is this just a one time thing?

Similar activity was recorded earlier also. A day earlier, 15 aircraft had arrived, out of which 11 had crossed the median line. That means this sequence is going on continuously.

Is there a connection to the US-Iran war?

This is where the matter becomes interesting. Many experts believe that China is watching the timing. America is currently busy in the Middle East, and China is taking this opportunity to increase pressure around Taiwan.

What is the China-Taiwan dispute?

China claims Taiwan as its share. Taiwan does not believe this. This is an old dispute, which keeps turning into military tension from time to time. China has said many times that if needed, it can also use force.

Why does China seem calm on the Iran issue?

Despite having relations with Iran, China did not take direct action in this war. Just gave statements. It is believed that his priority at present is Taiwan and not the Middle East.

Is there going to be an attack?

It is too early to say right now. But the way the activities are increasing, it definitely seems that China is on a strategy to create pressure. A kind of constant message.

What could happen next?

At present there is vigilance on both sides. Taiwan is increasing surveillance, China is showing its presence. When the situation will change will largely depend on America's role.
