International News: The ongoing war between Russia and Ukraine saw a major turn when US President Donald Trump openly criticized Russian President Vladimir Putin. Speaking to the media at Morristown Airport in New Jersey late Sunday evening, Trump said he was "deeply saddened and angered" by the attacks being carried out by Russia on Ukrainian cities.

Russia launched a terrifying military operation in various parts of Ukraine on Sunday night, in which 367 drones and missiles were fired. Several civilian targets, including the capital Kyiv were targeted in these attacks. Hundreds of people were injured, and many residential areas were heavily damaged. Reacting to this attack, Trump said,

"I am not happy with Putin at all. I don't understand why he is doing this. Many people are being killed, and it is extremely wrong."

Appeal for peace talks, but with a warning

Donald Trump said that he will end this war "within 24 hours." He also said that now the time has come for Russia to "choose the path of dialogue instead of violence." Political analysts believe that this is Trump's harshest comment so far, which he has made against Putin. Earlier, he had adopted a soft stance towards Russia many times. But now the circumstances seem to be changing.

Pressure is increasing in America

Many members of the US administration and Congress are demanding strict sanctions on Russia. The United Nations, NATO, and the European Union have also expressed concern over Putin's latest attacks. There has been no official statement from the White House, but this reaction from Trump can definitely trigger a new debate in the election environment.

Global tensions increased due to attacks on Kyiv

The missile attacks on Kyiv and Kharkiv by Russia have not only made the war more horrific but have also increased the fear of human rights violations and war crimes. International media and NGOs are keeping a close watch on this entire development.

Need a decisive steps to stop this conflict

This statement of Donald Trump is not just a criticism of Putin but a clear message that now discontent has started to deepen within the US regarding Russia's actions. It is the need of the hour that the international community come together and take decisive steps to stop this conflict, be it diplomacy or global pressure.
