Pakistan Targeted India's Religious Sites, While India’s Airstrike Eliminated Terrorists

The Indian government has warned that the action by Pakistan to send troops to forward locations near the border indicates offensive intent. This is seen as a significant heightening of tensions between the two nations.

Indian Military's Response

The Indian troops are in state of high alert and have undertaken necessary measures to drive away any potential attacks. The Pakistani military has been noticed redeploying their troops towards front-line deployments, showing aggressive moves to further intensify the situation, but the Indian forces are in high readiness and all aggressive attempts were suitably resisted and reciprocated in equal measure.

Pakistan's Operation Bunyan Ul Marsoos

Pakistan began 'Operation Bunyan Ul Marsoos' against military establishments and civilian installations in Jammu and Kashmir, Punjab, Rajasthan, and Gujarat using drones and missiles. The operation's title, 'unbreakable wall', appears to be a highly dramatic increase in the war. 

Damage Inflicted

Pakistani strikes inflicted damage at air bases in Pathankot, Bhuj, Udhampur, and Bathinda. A high-speed missile was employed to strike an air base in Punjab, and it is reported that India was able to shoot down a Pakistani Fateh-2 surface-to-surface air missile at Sirsa.

India's Precision Strikes

In order to counter the aggressive moves of Pakistan, India launched precision strikes on six Pakistani airfields. India's swift and effective retaliatory response has been able to mitigate damage and push back Pakistan's offensive.
