National News:  The situation has become so serious that people, recalling their past experiences, have started saying that during the Kejriwal government, the situation was handled in a much better manner. The condition of relief camps set up due to floods in the capital is very bad. Earlier tents, mosquito nets, doctors and food were provided on time, but now the situation is the opposite.

In many camps, neither tents have been set up nor food has been delivered on time. Lack of clean water and mosquito infestation is increasing the troubles of the people. People are forced to buy medicines from their own pockets.

The picture deteriorated after the change of power

People say that when Arvind Kejriwal's government was in power in Delhi, pumps were installed before waterlogging and drains were cleaned on time. Today there is a BJP government both at the Centre and in the MCD, but in this hour of crisis, no system is visible. The situation has gone out of control at many places, but administrative activism is missing.

Absence of leaders and administrative silence

People are also angry that earlier the Chief Minister and Ministers themselves used to go to the spot and handle the situation, but now no responsible leader is reaching the relief camps. Neither the situation is being assessed, nor any concrete steps are being taken. People say that there is only administrative silence everywhere and the governments are limited to rhetoric only.

Kejriwal's attack and appeal

Former Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal himself visited the relief camps and saw the situation and said that the governments are now only engaged in giving statements. He appealed that this crisis should be seen above politics because it is a human tragedy. He warned that every delay directly means more trouble for the people. People are also saying that looking at the current situation, it is understood that earlier the Kejriwal government really worked for the people.
