New Delhi: Yoga guru Baba Ramdev says that Asaduddin Owaisi's entry into Uttar Pradesh politics will benefit the BJP. He stated on Monday that Asaduddin Owaisi's entry is a very good thing for Uttar Pradesh. This will lead to division of votes. Speaking to the media after the Arya Mahasammelan in Babrala, Sambhal, Ramdev said that Owaisi may be good or bad for other places, but he is very good for Uttar Pradesh. This is because he will divide the votes of a particular section, and this situation will be beneficial for Yogi Adityanath.

'Only good people should run the country'

Would you like to see Yogi Adityanath become the Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh for the third time? Baba Ramdev replied, "I want only good people to run the country. He said, "Only good people should run the country and establish their influence everywhere, following the principles of Maharishi Dayanand and the Vedas. That's what I want." Regarding Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge's statement about PM Modi, Ramdev said that such things should not be said. According to PTI, Baba Ramdev said that no one should make such low-level statements, whether they are from the ruling party or the opposition.

Regarding the current state of Sanatan Dharma and allegations of its being maligned, Ramdev said that its image is being tarnished due to hypocrisy, pretense, superstition, and religious hypocrisy. He alleged that some people are defaming the religion by impersonating Lord Ram, Krishna, Hanuman, and Shiva, and by misusing the names of scriptures and pilgrimage sites.

'Maharishi Dayanand presented the pure form of Sanatan Dharma'

Ramdev said that Maharishi Dayanand presented the pure form of Sanatan Dharma through the Arya Samaj. It emphasized the worship of one God, the practice of good deeds as one's duty, respect for parents and elders, and the elimination of caste-based discrimination and social hierarchy. He said that the British and anti-India forces sowed disunity through exploitation, internal strife, lies, and deceit. He called for the elimination of hypocrisy, superstition, and mutual hatred to establish Sanatan Dharma as one of the world's major religions.
