As soon as our government is formed, we will enact a new law providing government jobs to every family."

Tejashwi said that a "job renaissance" will be launched in the state. He stated that families without any members in government jobs will be given priority employment. A special act will be enacted for this purpose and implemented within 20 days of the government's formation. He promised that within 20 months, there will be no families without government jobs.

He said that 20 years of government have spread fear and unemployment in every household in Bihar, but he said that he will bring security and employment to every household. Tejashwi appealed to the public to vote for change this time. He said that youth are still forced to go abroad for employment, but if his government is formed, Bihar will be made self-reliant and employable.
