If during investigation any bus is found violating the rules, then along with action against it, alternative arrangements will also be made for the passengers. Damaged or unfit buses will not be allowed to ply on the road.

What is the warning for those who drink and drive?

During the festival, special vigil will be kept on those driving under the influence of alcohol. On-site testing will be done with a breath analyzer. Transport department officials will also run a public awareness campaign so that people follow the rules and avoid accidents.

What will be the arrangement regarding control room and complaints?
