New Delhi: Owning your own home in the National Capital Delhi is the dream of millions of people. Due to budget, availability, and various conditions, they miss out on buying their house. In such a situation, government schemes like DDA become their support. Once again DDA has launched such a flat scheme, under which the dream of owning a house can be fulfilled on a low budget. Its booking has started from today i.e. 7th November.
Under this scheme, houses will be available in Narela, Rohini, Ramgarh Colony and Shivaji Marg of Delhi. Narela and Shivaji Park have only EWS category flats, while Rohini Sector 34 and 35 and Ramgarh Colony have only LIG category houses available.
More than 1500 ready-to-move flats have been included in this scheme of DDA. You can start living there as soon as you get the keys. The price of these houses in EWS and LIG category starts from Rs 11.8 lakh to Rs 32.7 lakh.
A total of 1120 flats are available in Narela. Their size ranges between 34.8 to 35.1 square meters. Their original price is Rs 13.7 to 13.8 lakh, but after 15% discount the price comes down to Rs 11.8 to 11.9 lakh.
There are 308 LIG Flats available in Sector 34 & 35, Rohini. These are 33 to 34 square meters, and their price ranges between Rs 14 to 14.2 lakh. No relaxation is given here. There are 73 LIG flats in Ramgarh Colony, ranging in size from 31.9 to 35.3 square meters. Earlier these were available for Rs 15.3 to 16.9 lakh, but after 15% discount, now they can be bought for Rs 13.1 to 14.5 lakh.
There are 36 EWS category flats in Shivaji Marg. Their size is 33 to 45 square meters. Their price ranges between Rs 25.2 to 32.7 lakh. No relaxation has been given here.
