DDA Flats: Own a Home in Delhi for Rs 12 Lakh, Booking Starts Today

New Delhi: Owning your own home in the National Capital Delhi is the dream of millions of people. Due to budget, availability, and various conditions, they miss out on buying their house. In such a situation, government schemes like DDA become their support. Once again DDA has launched such a flat scheme, under which the dream of owning a house can be fulfilled on a low budget. Its booking has started from today i.e. 7th November.

What is the scheme of DDA?

  • Booking starts: 7 November 2025, from 12 noon.
  • Total flats: 1,537 (Narela: 1,120 EWS, Rohini: 308 LIG, Ramgarh Colony: 73 LIG, Shivaji Marg: 36 EWS).
  • Booking Amount: Rs 1 lakh for LIG, Rs 50,000 for EWS.
  • Application Website: https://eservices.dda.org.in (Register on DDA Housing Portal).
  • Contact: Call toll-free number 1800-11-0332.
  • Eligibility: Indian citizens residing in Delhi, whose income is within LIG/EWS limit. There should not be any existing DDA flat. Check detailed rules on website.

In which areas are DDA flats?

Under this scheme, houses will be available in Narela, Rohini, Ramgarh Colony and Shivaji Marg of Delhi. Narela and Shivaji Park have only EWS category flats, while Rohini Sector 34 and 35 and Ramgarh Colony have only LIG category houses available.

How many flats are available?

More than 1500 ready-to-move flats have been included in this scheme of DDA. You can start living there as soon as you get the keys. The price of these houses in EWS and LIG category starts from Rs 11.8 lakh to Rs 32.7 lakh.

How many houses are there in Narela?

A total of 1120 flats are available in Narela. Their size ranges between 34.8 to 35.1 square meters. Their original price is Rs 13.7 to 13.8 lakh, but after 15% discount the price comes down to Rs 11.8 to 11.9 lakh.

What is special about Rohini and Ramgarh?

There are 308 LIG Flats available in Sector 34 & 35, Rohini. These are 33 to 34 square meters, and their price ranges between Rs 14 to 14.2 lakh. No relaxation is given here. There are 73 LIG flats in Ramgarh Colony, ranging in size from 31.9 to 35.3 square meters. Earlier these were available for Rs 15.3 to 16.9 lakh, but after 15% discount, now they can be bought for Rs 13.1 to 14.5 lakh.

Which flats will be available on Shivaji Marg?

There are 36 EWS category flats in Shivaji Marg. Their size is 33 to 45 square meters. Their price ranges between Rs 25.2 to 32.7 lakh. No relaxation has been given here.

How to apply?

  • Registration: Visit DDA website https://eservices.dda.org.in and click on 'New User' to register with mobile number, email and password.
  • Login: Login after registration.
  • Select Flat: View list of available flats, select location/category.
  • Payment: Pay the booking amount (Rs 50,000 or Rs 1 lakh) online (Net Banking/Card).
  • Draw or allotment: First come, first served – Hurry! After allotment, submit the remaining payment and documents.

Tip: There was a tremendous response in Phase-1, so apply today. If there is any problem, contact the helpline. This scheme is a game-changer for the middle class – own a house in Delhi for so little!
