4 killed, 25 injured in explosion at firecracker factory in Punjab

An explosion took place in a firecracker factory in Muktsar, Punjab. The incident took place during the night and the factory was set on fire. Four people have died in this accident. Those injured in this accident have been admitted to Bathinda AIIMS and all are undergoing treatment. Work is being done to evacuate people buried under the rubble.

At the same time, the police say that if the safety standards are ignored, strict action will be taken against the factory owners and responsible officials and action will be taken.
