National News:A few hours after the ceasefire announced between India and Pakistan on Saturday, Pakistan once again betrayed the agreement. However, the Indian Army not only thwarted the drone attacks in retaliation but also gave a clear message - now if the bullet will be fired, then it will be with double strength.

The Indian Army's Director General of Military Operations (DGMO) Lieutenant General Rajiv Ghai has made a big disclosure amid recent tension on the border between India and Pakistan. He said that Pakistan itself had appealed to India for a ceasefire. The statement came when the Indian Army took decisive action against terror under "Operation Sindoor".

Attack on terrorist locations in Operation Sindoor

DGMO reported that on the intervening night of May 6 and 7, India targeted nine terrorist camps within Pakistan Occupied Kashmir (POK) and Pakistan. These attacks include areas such as MuridK, Bahawalpur and Muzaffarabad, which are considered to be the strongholds of terrorist organizations like Lashkar-e-Taiba and Jaish-e-Mohammed. More than 100 terrorists have been confirmed in these attacks.

Pakistan's plea on hotline

Lieutenant General Ghai said that on May 10, at 3:35 pm, DGMO of Pakistan contacted the Indian DGMO on the hotline and demanded a ceasefire. On the same day, both sides stopped firing and drone attacks from 5 pm. He said, "Our action shook Pakistan completely and he was forced to come to the conversation table

If the ceasefire is broken, you will face the consequence

DGMO bluntly said in the press conference that if Pakistan violated the ceasefire in the future, India's reply would be even more strict. He said that the army chief has given him complete exemption for quick and decisive action in every situation. "We are targeting terrorists, not citizens," they insisted.

Already identified terrorist camps

DGMO said that these terrorist bases were already identified by Indian intelligence agencies. Some camps were already vacant before the attack, indicating that Pakistan had estimated India's intentions. He said that the attack was only against the terrorists and its aim is to strengthen India's security.

DGMO level conversation will be held again today

At the end of the press conference, Ghai said that DGMO of India and Pakistan will re -talk on May 12 so that the situation can be normalized on the border. However, India has made it clear that there will be no agreement on terrorism.

DGMO's statement has made it clear that India will now answer every attack with double strength. Pakistan should understand that India's strategy is no longer defense, but decisive retaliation.
