Patna Court Grants Interim Relief to Khan Sir in Coaching Centre Firing Case

Patna: Patna District Court on Tuesday gave a big relief to famous teacher Faizal Khan alias Khan Sir. The court gave him interim protection from arrest. Meaning the police cannot arrest them right now. This relief was received during the hearing of his anticipatory bail case.

What did the court say to the police?

The district judge's court made it clear that the police can interrogate Khan sir. Whatever questions there are regarding the case can be asked. But there will be no arrest or any strict action yet. As long as this is interim protection, Khan sir is safe.

What is the whole matter?

This matter is of June 2. There was firing at Khan Sir's coaching center in Patna. After this, FIR was registered in Kadamkuan police station. The case was initiated on the basis of a viral video. The firing was revealed in the video, after which the police came into action.

What has the police done so far?

According to the police, two security guards associated with the coaching have already been arrested. He is in jail now. During investigation, the guards admitted that it was they who fired the bullet. In the first hearing, the court had also asked for the case diary and evidence from the police.

What does Khan sir have to say?

Khan sir has denied all the allegations. His lawyer said in the court that as long as the investigation is going on, he should be protected from arrest. The court listened to him and granted interim protection.

Police investigation suspects that the firing was planned from inside the coaching center itself. Questions were also raised on Khan Sir, so he sought legal protection from the court.
